Refund policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving the product.

Before returning the product, please send us an email to explain the nature of the return.

Returns are at your expense, as soon as the product is compliant we will issue a refund.

Orphée must be in its original packaging, and must not have been turned on or plugged in.
